GRILLED STREET CORN

Grilled Street Corn

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Mixing bowl

  • Spoon

  • Grilling Skewers

  • Plate

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 ears of corn, husked

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup cotija cheese

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Juice of one lime

  • Fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl combine mayo, sour cream, and lime juice, then mix well. Set aside.

  2. Husk the ears of corn and put them onto grilling skewers.

  3. Grill corn very carefully over an open natural gas flame until charred on all sides.

  4. Brush the mixture from step 1 on to the corn, then sprinkle with crumbled cotija cheese and chili powder.

  5. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
