INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs. frozen hash browns (like Ore Ida shredded potatoes)

  • 8 oz sour cream

  • 1 butter stick (softened or slightly melted)

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400. Mix the above ingredients and place in slightly greased casserole dish. Bake for 50-60 minutes depending on your oven. The top should be brown, crispy, and bubbly.
